Unless otherwise agreed at the time of your booking and confirmed in writing by us on your booking confirmation, stays at Anchor Guest House are on the following terms and conditions:
• The price quoted is for bed and breakfast and includes free on-site parking.
• Provisional bookings must be confirmed within seven days by making a deposit of £50% and is payable by bank transfer or debit/credit card. This deposit is refundable under the Cancellation Terms detailed below.
• The balance for your booking is to be paid prior to departure.
• Your room will be available to for check in from 2pm on the day of arrival and check out is no later than 10am on the day of departure.
Cancellation Notification more than 4 weeks prior to holiday start date: If the cancellation is notified to us more than 4 weeks prior to the original start date, your deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellation Notification less than 4 weeks prior to the holiday start date: If notice of the cancellation is received less than 4 weeks prior to the original start date, and we are unable to re-let the room(s) for the same period, the deposit will be retained and can be held for use against a future booking. Where the room(s) is re-let for the duration of the original booking, the deposit will be returned in full.
We would like to let all our future customers know that as we are no longer required by the Welsh Government to apply any Covid regulations, we no longer have any Covid measures in place. Should the nation ever need to re-apply guidelines, we are ready to do these with ease.
